[talk-ph] Project NOAH asking everyone to map in OSM

Dear everyone,

Just a short update on the NOAH hospital mapping:

So far there is a steady stream of updates from various volunteers.
~1500 hospital features are now mapped (still a small number from the
20K records from DOH).

I am also incrementally removing data duplicates such as a point and
polygon for a single hospital.
So if you look at the "Location of Hospitals in OSM" map, you can see
that some points were deleted (red marker).

Aside from locating the hospitals, some are also adding details within
the complex such as buildings and roads:

More is needed, so in case your neighborhood is not yet in the map
please add them.  Thanks!
