[talk-ph] Rosario to Urdaneta section of TPLEx

Just reviewing so we can release this on garmin gps by thursday before i
leave for another mapping exp in benguet-ifugao.
Got a couple of questions:
1. there were a couple of roads that is supposed to intersect with tplex..
do they intersect or the tplex is a one level higher (bridge)
2. There is a south bound tplex created by caspermonte which is in parallel
with the road you traced that you are unsure if it is a service road which
exist just north of villasis before urdaneta. What is the difference
between this part of tp lex and the other one that exits right at urdaneta?
