[talk-ph] Software Freedom Day 2014 at Tagaytay

Dear RJ,

Kumusta.  OSM-PH would like to join SFD in Tagaytay.  Can you give us
more details on schedule and what facilities we can use?
In the previous SFD, we were provided a computer lab to teach basic
OSM editing.  This requires reliable internet. Is this possible with
Olivarez College?
