Managed to fix it by splitting way 290296534 into two at the junction with Bacong-Valencia Road. You can verify this by using the Routing plugin in JOSM[0]. [0] see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Plugins/Routing for related info-----

 Subject: [talk-ph] routing bug

For a week now, I've been trying to find out why this particular route, on a car,  couldn't give me a "simple" left turn but route me around elsewhere instead:  http://osrm.at/fa2
Anyone?
