[talk-ph] OSM projects in the Philippines?

Hi,

I just created a page in our wiki to list projects in the Philippines
related to OSM:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject_Philippines/Projects

I don't know what's the best format but, for a quick look of what
projects exist, I would've wanted to see who implemented, where,
period of implementation.

I added what I know so far.  Please improve.
