[talk-ph] Renaming BDO branches (planned mechanical edit)

I use overpass turbo to retrieve the BDO branches data but I manually review them and make edits through JOSM. So, it's more or less a semi-automatic method of editing.

Dear Ian,

Looks sensible to me.  Are you doing this using an automated method
(i.e. script) or  manually reviewing all ~400 BDOs?
