Some tsismis, years ago a Garmin Asia representative asked me how they
can use OSM data in the Philippines. To which I replied: "Sure you can
use OSM data as long as you comply with the license (CC-BY-SA back
then), but, if you need my help, you have to open Garmin spec so we
don't have to reverse engineer it"  No reply afterwards. ;)
