Hi,

I'm trying to use JOSM's turn lane plugin as described by andygol [0].
Basically, the intersection along Marcos Highway - Imelda - Gil
Fernando [1] is now open to traffic to reduce congestion along u-turns
due to the LRT extension project.
The turn restrictions is posted in this tarp [2].

Mapping turn restrictions is not my cup of tea so, if anyone who knows
how to do it, please edit.
