[talk-ph] Project NOAH's Cavite mapping task is mostly finished

Hello all,

As some of you may know, DOST's Project NOAH has been mapping building
footprints as part of their ISAIAH project. They finished Camiguin[1]
earlier this year, and now they are more or less done with Cavite[2]. They
are now targeting Zambales[3].

Here's a nice before-and-after comparison of the Cavite mapping. They were
able to map over 500,000 structures. These are still not yet all validated
so they welcome help in that regard.
