[talk-ph] Reminder: Deadline for SotM 2019 scholarship application is March 30

If you want to attend State of the Map 2019, which is the international
conference for the OpenStreetMap community, but need financial assistance
to do so, the deadline to submit your scholarship application is on March
30, Saturday.

State of the Map 2019 will be held at Heidelberg University, Germany from
September 21 to 23, 2019, and immediately preceding that from September 19
to 20 will be the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team Summit 2019 also in the
same venue.
