I would like to congratulate David Garcia and Mikko Tamura for being two of
the twelve recipients of the first ever round of Microgrants from the OSM

David's project is titled "A Free Video Tutorial for Beginners about
Mapping Pacific Islands using OSM and QGIS" and is about making and sharing
a free educational resource for teaching OSM and QGIS in a Pacific context.

Mikko's project is titled "HIV facilities mapping in the Philippines on
OpenStreetMap" and it aims to map out and validate all HIV facilities’
location and contact details all over the Philippines on OSM because HIV
has been very rampant in the country and PLHIV (people living with HIV) are
at most vulnerable especially in times of disaster and outbreak. Grant
