[talk-ph] HOT Task Response for #UlyssesPH

In response to Typhoon #UlyssesPH, our mapping friends from GeoladiesPH, Ministry of Mapping, and Mapbeks activated a task to map the affected areas of San Mateo and Rodriguez, Rizal.


In addition, the Humanitarian Openstreetmap Team Philippines - HOT PH recently opened a task for Marikina City.

Please contribute and help us map these areas.
