[talk-ph] Another user possibly illegal copying from GMaps

I have not received any response from the user since their "We're sorry"
message last Friday, so I decided to write a follow-up message[0], to
reiterate our desire for a meeting with them.

This time, I wrote that if we do not hear from them by 15:00, Wednesday
(14th July), then we will proceed with this probe and rely on our own
findings to determine the necessary actions to rectify this situation. I
feel that we had given them sufficient advance notice for a simple meeting,
but we're extending this until Wednesday as a courtesy.

FYI.
