[talk-ph] Proposal to overhaul the PH LGU mapping conventions

Hello all!

I have started a proposal for an overhaul of our LGU mapping conventions:

This is intended to replace our existing conventions:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Philippines/Mapping_conventions/Local_government

Why? I am deeply invested in mapping as much of our admin boundaries as
possible because they are extremely useful. And having mapped many of these
all over the country, read a lot about them and their legal issues (ex.
R.A. 8550), and curating corresponding Wikidata items, I do have an
opinionated take on how they should be mapped.

Feel free to provide your feedback or ask questions as a reply to this
email, or post them on the wiki talk page.
