[talk-ph] New schedule: OSMPH Comms & Engagement Working Group Meetings

Hello, OSMPH!

The volunteers of the communications & engagement working group have
decided to move the schedule of our regular meetings. Starting this week,
we will have our meeting *every Friday, 4-5PM PH time (UTC +8)*.

If you wish to join, please let us know so that we can add you to the
Telegram channel and the calendar invite.

In addition, I would like to remind all who wish to provide feedback to the
2 AWS videos currently in production. Details, including deadlines for your
input, are as follows:
