[talk-ph] Roads connecting with RORO routes

Hi again,

I would like to give some feedback about what to do with roads linking with
RORO routes, which are mostly tagged as of now with highway=service, being
port access roads (usually with 15 kph speed limit and gates for security
inspection), instead of the classification of the major roads connected.
I've been reclassifying these to the classifications of the major roads
connected so to ensure road networks across various islands are connected
with each other
