Hi Sir Maning,

Thanks for the comment on the data model! I was actually part of the HOTPH
project in Pampanga and the AER data model is actually patterned after the
HOTPH project. The rationale for including all educational facility tags
(and all other relevant tags) on one node in this instance is to speed up
field data collection. Unlike the HOTPH project, we will be relying on
field volunteers (mostly SUCs) for the field mapping process hence the need
for an easier to understand and faster data collection process. We will
have the field volunteers sketch out on paper the layout of the feature to
be able to properly map the area which is also what we did in Pampanga. Our
plan is to have the data processors and validators to make the proper
adjustments for features like this.
