[talk-ph] China Map Offset

Hi,
I used to go often to Shenzhen around 2010-11, and noticed this. Google maps was offset on my non Chinese phone. OSM was ok, but not up to date with the constantly evolving city.
I started adding a few missing things, but quickly stopped when reading about arrested  students (or was it deported/expulsed? Its a while back now) , for illegal mapping...
