Hi Tadeusz and all,

Thank you for pointing out the source tagging of UMP data.  We are
aware that some of our contributors have accepted a change to ODbL but
that they have imported UMP data. This will help the folks working on
our database rebuild to identify unusable UMP data. I will make sure
everyone is informed.

The actual database rebuild for Poland has not yet started.  It is our
understanding from Polish OSM community members that a number of UMP
contributors have kindly allowed us to continue using their data,
provided that it was personally contributed by them. We will make
reasonable efforts to remove all other UMP data from our current
database using scripts that are being tested now. UMP data will
continue to be available from older dumps of our database, but only
under a CC-BY-SA license.

If, after this has completed, you find any your own data still in our
current database, please contact legal w osmfoundation.org with details.
 We will investigate and remove.

I wish the UMP project continued success.
