[osm-pl] Remapping in Poland

Hi Alex,

There are OSMTM tasks for some of the cities mentioned in the remapping
wiki pages:

I think OSMTM is a great way to coordinate mapping on a small region
between many people - it seems to be working pretty well in Poland
judging from above jobs.

I would say go ahead if you want to create OSMTM jobs for more cities in
Poland.
