I fully agree. 
Almost all imports of Zbigniew were made because the users have asked. I did it as well.

Have *you* cross-checked that data? Have you even *been* to the places
you are importing data for? Or, if that's not the case, is there a local
community in the places you are importing data for - someone who says
"dear Zbigniew, could you import this data for me so that I can do a
better job of mapping in my city"?
 We have a lot of new users in Poland because we have more data then before. Also we have more mappers. Nobody wants to add addresses - it is boring and difficult.You have to read (fb,forum) what users think about imports in Poland. Zbigniew do great work - please do not change it.
