[osm-pl] Incorrect city name in Poland

Your map is wrong. It shows the Polish city of Kołobrzeg (port on the
Baltic Sea) as listed as Colberg. This is not the proper name. Kołobrzeg is
in Poland and this is the only accepted name and any other name is
demeaning to the people that live in this very important port city and
brings up very negative connotations that can be construed as derogatory.
Please change the name in your maps or contact someone to do this.

The international name of the city is Kołobrzeg. Colburg (incidentally
incorrect spelling as it is) was the name of the city under German
occupation for many years. Only the Polish name is the accepted
international form.
