[osm-pl] Road Network Improvements in Poland

Hello!

1) primary discussion place for Polish community is at

2) note that geoportal.gov.pl aerials are in general much better than
for example Bing (in resolution, georeferencing and update ratio etc)
and is available for mapping
This aerials may or may not work in iD but work well in JOSM
(see https://github.com/openstreetmap/iD/issues/4828 )

3) note that some areas at least have highly active mappers,
with OSM data being more up to date than any alternative source
If area is well mapped see history of objects before any remote editing
- it is likely that road that you wanted to map based on aerial imagery
or GPS tracks was just removed and map was updated immediately
(my record was marking power=tower as demolished within seconds
of its removal by a crane)

4) naming conventions for roads are kind of special in Poland,
not sure is it documented anywhere

5) "Validate existing tags like- classification - Residential, Trunk, Motorway et"
for things that are not complete and utter mistakes, please 
ask on https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewforum.php?id=23

Do not make large-scale road classification changes without asking there.
