Consúltalo con Iván Santiago de OGP (isantiago at ogp.gobierno.pr) ya que el
realizó una revisión de límites administrativos de PR hace un tiempo.  Los
límites de PR se supone que los mantenga la JP (valles_y at jp.gobierno.pr) y
me consta que son distintos a los que tiene el gobierno federal, por
ejemplo con el Censo.
