Hey Jeff! You still in Georgia? If Putin invades you are welcome back in

We are using the following TMS service:

tms[19]:
http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Imagery/MapServer/tile/{zoom}/{y}/{x}

The service provides the 2010 PR Planning Board imagery, which is free (at
least the imagery). The MBTiles plugin in JOSM has been broken for a long
time so we were obliged to look elsewhere.
