[Talk-ps] 2 long ways need importing

The API has a limit of 2000 nodes per way .. there were four ways in the import that exceeded this limit.

Two of the ways were borders between Jordan and Israel, so not necessary to import.

The other two still need importing. Can someone work on the task of splitting these into smaller ways?
