[Talk-pt] Possible data issue in southern Porto

I'm dealing with this issue.
I've already contacted the data working group and every contributor who
have made change on top of this data.

I've waited 2 weeks so anyone which is against the deletion can show up.

I will proceed with the removing this week-end (it's my first automated
script).

I've already prepared my list of object to delete, so please don't
modify this data.
