[Talk-pt] Tchau OSM-PT :)

Dear friends, obregado for your greetings :)

Indeed I would like to visit Portugal again, but if I had the ability,
then I would like to learn the language and make a trip trough the
countryside to learn more about the traditional Portugal. But the
language isn't that easy and to be honest, I just miss the time to do it ;)

For me it was very intersting to see once more how different even public
infrastructure can be and how it feels to be in a map area that is still
incomplete and where a lot of work can be done :)
