[Talk-pt] Delay using new inputs for navigation

Hello,
I've been adding some roads/tracks/paths etc. in Portugal. I mainly use OSM
for offroad biking. My question now, when I try to prepaire a route (with
run.gps for example) the navigation software doesnt recognice the new (or
some weeks old) added data. I can make personal maps (.obf or .ratlas), but
this doesnt help other users.
Do I need more patience or am I doing something wrong?
