Sim, também me parece lógico que não se use uma eira como zona pedestre,
pelo simples motivo que muitas delas não têm uma ligação óbvia a outras
vias (caminhos pedonais, trilhos, estradas), além de que não existe
nenhum benefício óbvio em termos de roteamento, ao contrário de uma
praça, por exemplo.
Não me choca que possa ser usada essa etiqueta, mas seria certamente em
casos muito raros.
