[Talk-pt] Road network improvements in Portugal

Thank you for these informations.
Do you have plans on where to start? Are you going to cover the entire
country or just the major cities and regions? What about the
archipelagos of Madeira and Azores?
It would be nice if you could create a new subwiki with the particular
plans for Portugal and the evolution of the project so that we could
accompany it and help if needed.
