[Talk-pt] Road network improvements in Portugal

That's seems ok to me. I just suggested the wiki, because it's a good
way to plan and leave a record of community projects. But if you're
going to stick to Lisbon, maybe there's no need right now.

BTW, do you intend to do some kind of street imaging? It would be great
if you could contribute to Mapillary, for example. ;)
