[Talk-pt] Rivers update

Hi everyone,


There is a project that aims at improving rivers around OSM like fixing

overlaps, duplications, mistagging and also upgrading the older

waterway=riverbank to newer and approved natural=water + water=river. I was

thinking of working on rivers in Portugal and wanted to know if there are
any

possible issues.
