Thank you for this contact and for providing the links to Github and wiki.

This seems a good project to correct issues with highways in Portugal.
One suggestion: you can use Ortophotos of Mainland Portugal, which is
the most accurate in most of the country, Bing in their recent and very
good updates in Lisbon, for example, and Ortophotos of the coastal areas
of mainland Portugal 10 cm (which is the best imagery available in the
coast).
Also, you can use this as a custom layer, which is faster and with
better definition than the normal Ortophotos of Mainland:
