[Talk-ro] WMS/WFS server cu datele din OSM

Am observat in log-uri cereri de genul 
wms.openstreet.ro:9876/tilecache/tilecache.cgi?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=Getcapabilities 
... Serverul WMS este instalat pe adresa wms.openstreet.ro:9876, deci 
cererea trebuie sa fie 
wms.openstreet.ro:9876?SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=Getcapabilities .
