[Talk-ro] Drumuri duplicate.

Făceam niște statistici după extrasul pentru România și am constatat că
există cel puțin un segment de drum care apare de mai multe ori cu id-uri
diferite. Nu cred că este tocmai normal, cred că trebuie să gasim o metodă
de a detecta toate cazurile de genul acesta și să le corectăm.
Nu am corectat ce am găsit pentru că nu sunt 100% sigur că este greșit.
