[Talk-ro] Licenta noua OSM

Daca sunteti autentificat pe OSM puteti fi de acord cu noii termeni aici:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/terms

Link-ul este accesibil si daca dati click in dreapta sus pe numele vostru de
utilizator, apoi pe "my settings". Link-ul apare sub "Contributor Terms".
