[Talk-ro] Import POI-uri turism

You may use osmose to help integrate this file with already present data,
it will tell you if the hotel (or equiv) is already present to prevent
doubles.

I'll be pleased to help you with that first Romanian integration file.

Madalina and other contributors translated a good part of the interface.

(sorry for using English, but I cant write Romanian yet, please respond in
Romanian)
