[OpenStreetMap Serbia] Unconnected Roads in Serbia

Hi there

there is something where I need help with things in Serbia...namely "unconnected 
roads". This is when one street is in OSM and ends very close to the next street 
but is not connected by a mistake. You can't see it on the map but with an 
editor when you zoom in. Even if you don't see a problem it cause problems with 
GPS navigation because your device would not see that you can drive this way.

Such kind of mistake is considered as serious.

If you need further information, I would be happy to answer any question or help 
you in case of question.

I would fix things in Vojvodina and would appreciate your help, especially in 
Belgrade but also southern.

Forest upload went fine so far. Some minor fixed are still required. The last 
part will be uploaded within some weeks
