[OpenStreetMap Serbia] Kosovo?

[Mike Dupont]

Immap scanned the data from yugoslav military maps, I have seen those
maps online before, they are very similar to the russian ones.
We had the data hosted on a server, i think it can be hosted also
archive.org or on telescience
