[OpenStreetMap Serbia] Границе Србије у ОСМ

Hi Miloš,

the dataset with the borders is not perfect but it is better than some
existing border segments in OSM (please see attached, the red is the
border from the file). It is near Bela Crkva.
There exist better data but I am not sure if 10-15m are worth the
trouble it may cause.
