[OpenStreetMap Serbia] Pedja changing names to serbian cyrillic

Hi there,

This definitely has to be stopped !!!
We are having this problem for more than 3 years now and it's getting worse
day by day :(
We can't monitor/administer the map everyday because we don't even have
enough people contributing in OSM and Serbians are using this opportunity
to change whatever they want in the map.
