[Talk-scotland] Queensferry Road - cycleway?

Hi Folks:
Something I've always struggled with is finding a way to understand and 
track what a user has done - what's happened within a changeset, what a 
particular user has edited over time, what the history is of any 
particular change, and so on. I can see various reasons why this will 
always be more difficult than chasing up changes on Wikipedia or 
equivalent... but are there any tools to help/processes to apply?

Faced with your discussion about this cycleway/change I can follow 
through things in a very slow an inefficient way.. but it's so slow an 
inefficient that I don't normally even try. What am I missing?
