[Talk-scotland] Stations on Borders Railway

User NorthBerwic has changed all(?) the station on the new Borders railway
from construction:railway=station to railway=station

see e.g.
http://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/31920004#map=15/55.9158/-3.0852&layers=N

While construction of the stations is complete, and the line should be
handed over to Scotrail on Sunday, I'm not sure if OSM should have them
marked/rendered as stations yet.

I have left a comment on that changeset, but thought I would post here too
for wider comment

Thoughts?
