[Talk-scotland] Splitting buildings into parts resulting inmultiple names

As Shaun said, relations come into play here. On the church example, if you
have to tag an area (e.g. lack of relation understanding/experience by the
user) then only tag one with the amenity/name.

A comment on the note mentioned building:part key which is used when you're
splitting buildings to add dimensions etc.

The terrace example is interesting to me. In Durham, England we have a few
places where the street name is attached to all 4 sides of the block. The
usual house number along a street (obvious visually) isn't right. I haven't
got to numbering these yet. I will use addr:housenumber=5, and probably
addr:street=Whatever Street. I'll probably add them to a a street relation
to group all the Whatever Street houses but I'm not sure if I'll add a road
to that relation. http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Relation:street

Gregory.
