[Talk-scotland] Highway=unclassified areas in the Borders

Saw this recent note: http://www.openstreetmap.org/note/594911 and 
wondered what the white area beside it was. Turns out it's an area=yes 
and highway=unclassified, and there's a few of them in Earlston. In 
fact, there's quite a lot of them in the Borders compared to the central 
belt and a lot of them seem to have been created by a user called "ctait 
<http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/ctait>".

Sometimes they are car parking areas, areas to the side of roads, inside 
farmyards and generally just redundant features that don't get added 
elsewhere on the map. Surely most of these can be deleted? Here's a an
