[Talk-scotland] Two Missing Maps events in Scotland in September!

OK, I have updated the wiki calendar to include both of these Missing Maps
events, and also Biblos afterwards in Edinburgh. Have also added the next
couple of 3rd Tuesdays @ Guildford Arms as usual
