[Talk-se] Bing high-res problems in Malmö

There seems to be a problem with the high-res Bing images in Malmö. I
downloaded some in Josm, but I'm only able to get the low-res, also tried to
zoom and download them at different zoom-levels.

The Bing images for Malmö in Potlatch are great though. So the problem seems
to be Josm-related (?). I prefer editing in josm...and would be very happy
for any idea on how to solve this problem. :)
