[Talk-tn] Tester needed for Arabic language iD Editor

My only contribution is the right-to-left layout, so please let me know if
this looks right... everything in the right place, translations look ok,
interaction is still working. When I originally made this I didn't know how
to read Arabic script, so it was difficult for me to catch any errors

Additional help on the Arabic translation side would be helpful to OSM too!
