Thank you all for the explanation. I would have never guessed that! It
is a nice idea, though.

Yes, indeed. But I am suprised to see that there are nodes for them in
the NaPTAN database. And unless CUS stop type and a OTH timing status
indicate a walking bus I have no idea how to tell from the NaPTAN data
that this is not an actual bus stop.
